PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Ultrabond AP100 is a ready to use acrylic wall putty for filling or patching cracks, nail holes, grooves, seams, air bubbles and rock pocket. Its ready to use formula spreads easily for fast repairs that will not crack, crumble or flake.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
▪ Ultrabond Acrylic wall putty is suitable for wall and ceiling, interior and exterior application.
▪ Ultrabond Acrylic wall putty can be used on substrates including concrete, brick, lightweight block and wood.
PRODUCT DATA

Multipurpose Putty Filler (Smooth and Fine)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Ultrabond MP60 is a ready to use filler for internal surfaces of masonry and concrete plaster.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
Ultrabond MP60 is formulated to be applied on cement base or pre-painted walls, as well as on gypsum boards. Wax-ma-60 is formulated for use only.
ADVANTAGES

▪Dries quickly once applied and does not show any edge between the old and new layers.
▪Can be spread in very thin layers.
▪Gives a sharp white color once dried.
▪Very good adherence on pre-painted and plastered walls.

Matt Acrylic Paint (Half-Rubber Washable)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Ultrabond AE900 is a high acrylic based, washable, odorless, non-yellowing and durable emulsion paint.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
▪Ultrabond AE900 is applied on concrete, gypsum or putty wall.
▪Interior and exterior use.
ADVANTAGES
▪Durable non-yellowing: the high quality and level of binders in Ultrabond AE900 provide an excellent adhesion to the substrate and make it easily washable. Titanium dioxide is added in high levels to ensure a high convening property and a high stability to the paint, to resist the yellowing effect caused by the UV light and oxidation and to the emigration of oils from the putty.
▪No Scores: The special formulation of Ultrabond AE900, ensures that no scores are left after brush painting. The finished surface is smooth and uniform.

Monty Interior Emulsion
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Monty Interior Emulsion is a low-grade, multi-purpose acrylic copolymer emulsion. It combines excellently with P.O.P. cement, for wall skimming and dries to a perfect flat matt finish.

▪Monty Interior Emulsion can be applied by brush or roller.

Drying Time: Touch Dry – 30 mins at 30°C
Overcoating Time: 2 hours based on normal conditions.
Preparation for P.O.P: Add 0.5Kg of P.O.P. powder to 0.5L of clean water, add 1L of Monty and mix well.
Cleaning: All equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
Storage: Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool dry place.
Shelf Life: Up to 24 months in a tightly sealed container.
Primer Emulsion Sealer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a special textured water-based paint. Based on acrylic copolymer emulsion. Ultrabond Sealer is a clear, odorless, acrylic base emulsion primer. It is also available in white colour.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
▪For all concrete surfaces, gypsum boards, pre-painted areas and putty to reduce the absorption of the support.
▪It also fixes the dust particles left on the surface to be treated after pouncing and cleaning, which will give a smoother finish.

▪Non-toxic, odorless and solvent free.
